This is a Real Estate Portal with three kinds of users: Visitors, Traders, Sellers, Managers.
- Visitors can signup, login and view property deals in the “deals room” area
- Traders/finders/sellers can signup, login and upload property deals in the “traders room” area.
- They can also see a list of their “current deals” that they added to the site.
- They can edit the status of their deals. They can choose between : Activate/Inactivate, Deactivate, Delete, Under Conditional Contract.
- They can create and manage their profiles.
- They can write blog posts / articles and publish them in the blog section (after admin approval)
- Admin manually assigns a trading manager to take care of a trader’s request.
- At any point of time the identity of buyers and sellers are not disclosed to each other.The Deal Room Area
- Where dealers can see all the properties uploaded on the site. They can use the search bar at the top to do an advanced search.My Profile

- The website has an internal message board where the buyers and traders can communicate each other and exchange files. There is one message board for each communication for the ease of both parties.
